Policies & Guidelines

Every photographer on Twila is expected to uphold these standards. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.

Interaction

  • Always be respectful and professional with clients
  • Communicate clearly about session expectations
  • Arrive on time and prepared for sessions

Location

  • Only accept bookings in safe, public locations
  • Respect client privacy regarding meeting locations
  • Be aware of local photography regulations

Behavior

  • Maintain professional boundaries at all times
  • No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind
  • Deliver photos that meet quality expectations

Consequences

  • Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent ban
  • Repeated missed sessions affect your account standing
  • Report any safety concerns to Twila support immediately

Cancellation policy

If you cancel a booking, a percentage of the estimated session value may be deducted as a penalty. Always cancel as early as possible if you can't make it. Missing a session without canceling is a serious violation.

Content moderation

All uploaded photos are scanned by automated moderation. Photos containing explicit content, hate symbols, violence, or other prohibited content will be blocked. Repeated violations result in escalating penalties.
